Hab mich nochmal eingelesen und bin dabei auf einen Vergleich gestoßen der die beste Darmsanierung verschiedener Hersteller gegenüberstellt, das hat mir zumindest mal geholfen die ganzen Produkte besser einzuordnen. Anscheinend kommt es wirklich auf die Kombination an also Probiotika mit ausreichend KBE Anzahl plus Präbiotika wie Inulin oder resistente Stärke. Mein Fehler war wohl das ich einfach nur ein billiges Probiotikum genommen habe ohne auf die Stammvielfalt zu achten. Werde jetzt mal eine strukturierte Kur über acht Wochen durchziehen und parallel meine Ernährung anpassen. Bin gespannt ob das endlich was bringt.

Mein Hausarzt meinte das die Darmflora nach so einer langen Einnahme wirklich Monate braucht um sich zu regenerieren. Jetzt überlege ich ob eine richtige Darmsanierung mit Flohsamenschalen und gezielten Präbiotika Sinn macht oder ob ich einfach nur die falschen Produkte erwischt habe. Die Auswahl ist echt erschlagend und ich bin langsam frustriert weil amn überall was anderes liest.
