It allows you to experiment with different champion appearances and custom skins, completely free. It's easy to install, works on Windows, and has regular updates. It doesn't affect gameplay balance, only the visuals. Many players love it because it makes even old champions feel new again. Just keep in mind it's against Riot's terms, so use at your own risk. But if you just want to add variety, it's definitely a fun option to explore.
